Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day activities of multiple projects, while ensuring that all projects are completed within scope, on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be located in Orlando, FL, but will have flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and expediting restaurant projects from start to finish
• Ability to create and oversee logistics management plans
• Skills in project management methodologies, such as Agile, PMP or Prince2
• Proficient in inspection and quality assurance procedures

In addition to the above skills, candidates who possess the following are preferred:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
• Experience in restaurant/hospitality industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Hospitality, or related field
